Spiritual & Holistic Coaching is a personalized coaching approach that integrates spiritual wisdom and whole-person wellness principles to support clients in aligning their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions.

My Spiritual Journey. Over the years, my own spiritual journey has woven through many paths—Christian contemplative prayer, Buddhist mindfulness, the study of Hindu philosophy, New Age & transformational studies, Reiki & energy healing, and the gentle wisdom of indigenous traditions.
Each of these experiences taught me that true peace and self-awareness arise not from clinging to any single doctrine, but from learning how to listen deeply—to my heart, my body, and the world around me.
As a Spiritual & Holistic Coach, I draw on insights from all these traditions to support you in discovering your own inner sanctuary of calm, clarity, and purpose.In our work together, I’ll share practices that helped me, such as breath-centered meditations inspired by Zen, energy-clearing rituals rooted in Reiki, and soulful journaling prompts influenced by mystic poetry.
But more importantly, I’ll guide you to adapt and personalize each practice so it resonates with your beliefs, rhythms, and life story. My role is not to prescribe a one-size-fits-all spiritual path, but to help you develop the intuitive discernment and daily rituals that foster balance in your mind, body, and spirit.
