  • Sunburst Coaching & Consulting provides life coaching, mindset coaching, holistic coaching, and related professional development services.

  • Disclaimer: Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or a substitute for licensed professional care. If you are experiencing mental health issues, a medical emergency, or require professional therapeutic services, you should seek assistance from a qualified healthcare provider.

  • Coaching is a collaborative process intended to support personal growth and professional development. You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results arising from coaching.

 

3. Client Responsibilities

By engaging with our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when registering or booking services.

  • Attend scheduled sessions on time or provide notice of cancellation per our cancellation policy.

  • Take full responsibility for implementing strategies, insights, or recommendations provided during coaching.

  • Not use our Services for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms.

 

4. Payment & Billing

  • Fees for coaching sessions, packages, programs, or retreats are displayed on our website or communicated during booking.

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept payments through secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Wix Payments).

  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or specifically stated in a written agreement.

 

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel or reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours notice.

  • Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited without refund.

  • Refunds are issued only as outlined in the specific program agreement or as required by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content provided on our website or in coaching programs (including text, graphics, videos, and materials) is owned by Sunburst Coaching & Consulting, LLC or its licensors.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

  • Limited personal use is permitted for learning and implementation purposes.

 

7. Confidentiality

  • We maintain the confidentiality of information shared during coaching sessions, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., imminent harm to self/others, court order).

  • You agree to respect the confidentiality of any group coaching participants or shared program content.

 

8. Disclaimers

  • Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

  • Disclaimer: Coaching is not a guarantee of specific results. We do not claim that coaching will diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical condition. Outcomes vary depending on your personal effort, commitment, and circumstances.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any losses, damages, or injuries arising from your use of our Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • In no event shall Sunburst Coaching & Consulting, LLC, its affiliates, or its representatives be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services giving rise to the claim.

 

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sunburst Coaching & Consulting, LLC, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

 

11. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms (e.g., Calendly, Wix, PayPal, Stripe, Zoom). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

 

12. International Users

If you access our Services from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

 

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  • Any disputes shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiation.

  • If unresolved, disputes will be subject to mediation or arbitration in Medina, Ohio, unless prohibited by law.

 

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, including violation of these Terms.
