For more than three decades, Todd has studied how language shapes learning, leadership, and change. He helps people and organizations prepare the language, protect the space, and make better decisions—so what's possible becomes real.

Language has always been the throughline.
Todd began in speech-language pathology, where he saw how communication opens—or closes—the door to participation. That curiosity led to graduate study, clinical practice, and a career in higher education.

MY JOURNEY
For over 30 years, I've worked at the intersection of communication, human performance, and leadership—as a clinician, educator, professor, author, and coach.

From early intervention with children who are deaf or hard of hearing to leading teams, building programs, and teaching & mentoring future professionals, my mission has remained the same: help people communication with intention and lead with impact.
