Coaching is a structured, future-focused partnership that helps you clarify goals, build practical strategies, and stay accountable. We focus on behaviors, systems, and mindset shifts you can implement now—without diagnosing or treating medical or mental health conditions.

In ~60 minutes, we’ll map your top stressors, identify 2–3 next steps you can use immediately, and decide together whether a Sunburst package fits your goals—no pressure or hard sell.
Yes, we can provide group or team coaching upon request. Whether it's for clinics, schools, or leadership teams, we can design short sprints or quarterly programs tailored to your needs. Just ask about scopes and rates!
We conduct our coaching sessions via Zoom. You'll get a calendar invite with a secure link and reminders to keep you on track.
Standard sessions are 60 minutes on Zoom.
• Radiance Reboot (3 weeks): weekly (3 sessions).
• Radiance Rise (6 weeks): weekly or bi-weekly based on workload.
• Radiance Reset (12 weeks): typically weekly to maintain momentum, with occasional flex weeks if needed.
We confirm cadence during onboarding and can adjust as we go. Your calendar invite shows your local time, and you can reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Between sessions, expect brief check-ins and light, actionable homework (10–15 minutes) to keep progress moving.

• Optional supports by request: Reiki, mindfulness breathwork, or brief grounding practices to steady focus before high-stakes moments.
Everything is tailored to your role, schedule, and goals—no jargon, no one-size-fits-all playbooks. You keep ownership; I provide structure, tools, and accountability.
Not by default. Coaching is a collaborative process:
• You own decisions and results. I help you clarify goals, weigh trade-offs, and choose actions that fit your values, role, and bandwidth.
• I provide structure and options. Expect clear frameworks, A/B plans, and next steps you can test between sessions.
• Want a strong recommendation? Ask—and I’ll give one with the reasoning and evidence behind it.
• No clinical/legal advice. I don’t diagnose or treat; I keep us focused on performance, habits, and sustainable change.
You steer; I supply the map, instruments, and accountability.
We’ll define 2–4 concrete metrics at onboarding (e.g., “leave by 5:30 pm 3×/week,” “2 protected focus blocks,” “Sunday anxiety ↓ 50%”).
• Baseline captured on day one
• Mini check-ins each session (2–3 minutes)
• Light homework (10–15 min/week) tied to metrics
• 30/60/90-day or other utilized timeline to do pulse checks to spot what’s working and what to adjust. You’ll get a simple tracker so wins are visible and sustainable.
That’s common and often helpful. Coaching focuses on goals, habits, and performance; therapy/medicine address diagnosis, treatment, and clinical care. With your written permission, we can align high-level goals (no sensitive details) so your supports work in harmony.

How it works
We’ll co-design simple, realistic plans, test small actions between sessions, and track 2–4 metrics so progress is visible. You keep ownership of decisions; I provide structure, tools, and accountability.

Program spots are reserved in advance, and materials are delivered throughout, so fees are generally non-refundable once a package begins. If circumstances change, we can pause briefly or extend your end date when feasible.

In most situations, sessions are NOT recorded. If a recording helps your integration, we can record with mutual consent. You’ll receive a private link. Please keep recordings for personal use only and do not share without permission. Recordings are stored for a limited time and may be deleted upon request.
Only with your written permission. For employer-sponsored coaching, we can align goals up front and provide high-level progress summaries (no personal content). You control what is shared, when, and with whom.
No. Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical or legal advice. If clinical or legal needs arise, I’ll encourage you to consult the appropriate licensed professional and can coordinate at your request to keep roles clear.
