Service Description
During our call, we will: --Clarify what you want to change and what success would look like over the next 30–90 days --Identify the patterns (workload, boundaries, self-talk, people-pleasing, perfectionism) that keep pulling you back into overwhelm --Pinpoint one or two high-leverage “micro-scripts” you can start using immediately in real-life situations --Determine whether coaching is the right fit for you, and if so, which level of support makes the most sense --You’ll leave with more clarity, a practical next step, and a simple plan—whether or not you decide to move forward with coaching.


Cancellation Policy
1. Scheduling & Payment • Book sessions via our online system; confirmation is sent by email once payment is received. • Unless otherwise detailed, full payment is required to reserve a time slot. Unpaid reservations are released after 12 hours. 2. Client Responsibilities • Join the virtual session (e.g., Zoom) 5 minutes early to address any technical issues. • Prepare in advance: review goals, complete any assigned pre-work, and choose a quiet, private space. • Engage fully: active participation and follow-through on action steps are essential for progress. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling • To cancel or reschedule, log in to the booking portal or email bookings@sunburstcoaching.com at least 24 hours before your session. • Cancellations under 24 hours incur a fee equal to 50% of the session cost. The fee is charged to the card on file or invoiced within 24 hours. • No-shows without prior notice are charged 100% of the session fee. • In emergencies (e.g., sudden illness), notify us ASAP. We may waive fees at our discretion if proof is provided promptly. 4. Package Policies • Purchase multi-session packages to receive a discounted rate. All sessions in a package must be used within six months of purchase. • Unused sessions after six months expire and are non-refundable. 5. Technical Requirements • Clients are responsible for a working webcam, microphone, and reliable internet. Technical difficulties on your end do not excuse late arrival or cancellation fees. • If disconnection occurs, we wait up to 10 minutes for you to reconnect; otherwise, it is treated as a late cancellation unless the issue originates on our side. 6. Confidentiality & Privacy • All session content is confidential, except when disclosure is required by law. We do not record sessions without explicit consent. • Personal data (name, email, payment details) is encrypted and stored securely. We never share your information without permission.
